Chad Gryder

Chad has been involved in High Country real estate full-time for over ten years. He was born in Boone and he is lucky to call this area home. He grew up spending my summers on an Ashe County farm and visiting family that lived adjacent to the University. He has seen Boone and the surrounding areas grow over the years into the thriving communities they are today.

As a past member of the Boone Planning Commission, Chad has learned a great deal that he can pass on to his clients. He has also volunteered in the local schools and he is familiar with all the Watauga County Schools. Chad's goal is to make sure his clients have every bit of available knowledge on hand when making a decision to buy or sell a home.
