Chad & Julie Hess have been selling real estate in West Central Indiana since 2004. They specialize in residential real estate and agriculture. Both born and raised in Montgomery County, Chad went to earn his business degree from The Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in 1995. Julie earned her business degree from Marian University in 1998. After graduation, both moved back to Montgomery County and entered the work force in manufacturing. In 2004, Julie entered the real estate world and Chad a year later. They haven't looked back since. Chad and Julie live in Montgomery county. They have three children. Julie is a member of the local Rotary Club and is a board member for the South Montgomery Community School Corporation. She is past president of the Montgomery County Convention & Visitor's Bureau.
