Several years ago I called a number that said they bought houses. I was helped by Palmetto Real Estate, property managers. Larry & Chad took my worries away. They put a couple in my house that planned to purchase it, while working on their credit score AND my payment was being made. That went south and they put another couple in my house right away making my mortgage payments. After a year that setup went south and my property was damaged. It was horrible. I decided I wanted to sell my property. They handled the organizing of the restoration and we hit LOTS of bumps but they never left my side. My property sold for full price before it was even listed.
