I can't express well enough my happiness to have worked with Chad Vogt. My wife and I had been searching on our own, primarily Zillow and other on-line listings. We came upon the home we eventually bought and were lucky enough that Chad was representing the seller. I will say, the purchase had its moments and Chad was always there to help ease the anxieties and see to it we were satisfied with the process. Chad is a professional; courteous, patient and thorough. If the opportunity arises I strongly recommend Chad Vogt for your real estate agent.

10/04/2013 - Matthx2 my wife & I came to Florida during spring break ,we hooked up with Chad and started looking at homes we looked at a lot of houses but nothing felt right. Then after moving down we got back with Chad .so he started the search again. He called one evening about a house that just came on the market, not even a sign in the yard .we went by & looked liked what we saw. With the help of Chad we negotiated a price that night. Chad helped us with finding inspectors that were top quality.He also helped out at closing and with questions after the close. we will be using Chad with our next home purchase!

10/10/2014 We were looking for a new home, and only had 5 days to find one. Chad was responsive, on time, personable, professional and worked very hard in closing the sale on our behalf. The sellers proved to be difficult, and reactive. Chad was able to calm them down and negotiate the finer points of the sale. But the service did not stop with the sale. Chad's customer service was over-the-top. He helped with inspections, referrals, appointments and getting the keys to the right people (this was an out-of-state closing).
