Chad Phipps

He was born and raised in Northwest Ohio. He attended the Ohio State University and graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science in Education/Business. After college he lived and worked in Chicago before moving to Naples, FL in 2001. He began his real estate career in on-site sales from 2003 - 2009 and gained valuable experience and knowledge in gated golf course communities. He joined John R. Wood in the Fall of 2009 and has been able to represent buyers and sellers from Marco Island through Naples, Bonita Springs and Estero, FL markets. He has a great deal of understanding for the more than 125 communities in both Lee and Collier County counties and is knowledgeable with the contractual real estate obligations in both counties. He founded the Young Professionals of Naples in 2003, serving as Past President and current Membership Chair. He sat on the Board of Directors for the Collier County Economic Development Council in 2011 as well as the Board of Directors for The Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce Leadership Collier Foundation. Chad is an avid Ohio State Buckeye fan and enjoys weight training, exercise, and family.
