Chad was born and raised in Chesterfield County, where he originally worked for his family business since graduation from high school. Being self-employed for over 15 years has allowed Chad to establish from an early age a strong work ethic, high morals, and core values. As a business owner, Chad learned how to treat and care for his clients with utmost respect, knowing that his clients are the core of his business.
Chad is an initiative-taking individual with a strong record of listening to his client’s needs and delivering results, by going beyond to do whatever it takes to make each client’s experience through the transaction as smooth as possible.
Once Chad was able to break into the real estate business, he hit the ground running, and his business has taken off. In his first year, Chad was able to be one of the top sales agents in his company. After that, Chad made the decision to come to Valentine Properties, where he could learn and grow his business by referral with one of the top sales teams in the Richmond area (that also shared the same morals, values, and extreme work ethic). In Chad’s free time, he enjoys sports, spending time with his family, and enjoying the outdoors. Chad and his wife Morgan have two little girls, Olivia, and Caroline, along with a new puppy, Bear, and reside here in Chesterfield County.
