Chad is originally from Norfolk, Virginia where he attended Old Dominion University and obtained his B.S. in Business Management from The Strome College of Business with a minor in Human Services.
Chad has worked in business development in the automotive industry and also has a background in finance. With this experience, he has extensive skills in customer service, technical details, and communication.
In 2015 Chad PCS'd to Annapolis, Maryland alongside his military partner. From there he left the financial industry and began his Real Estate career. Within his 1st year, he was awarded "Rookie" of the year in his office. Since then, he has achieved Million Dollar agent status and is a proud member of an award-winning team.
When not negotiating offers, you can find Chad exploring off the beaten path towns, on the beach, spending time with his friends or at a local brewery.
