Chad was born and raised in the Columbus, Ohio area and moved to Florida in 2000. After spending time on both the east and west coasts of Florida, Chad found his home in beautiful Southwest Florida and started his real estate in career in 2004. From his experience selling real estate in both Lee and Collier counties, Chad has developed a vast knowledge of the coastal areas from Fort Myers to Naples and the barrier islands.
