Chad sincerely enjoys helping others and has a deep passion for art. He has found that real estate provides him an opportunity to immerse himself in both. As an abstract painter, Chad would create complex pieces on acrylic sheets, using a backward painting method to allow light to flow through between 50 and 75 layers of paint. This level of patience and eye for detail allows him to see attributes in a home that others often overlook and has proved to be a valuable tool for his clients.

When Chad is not combing the real estate market, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife Meredith and running after their two boys, Mason and Liam. Literally, running.
