Chad was excellent as my Realtor! He was patient and answered all my questions in a timely manor. He got our house sold fast for more money than we thought possible and then found us another, even though we spent a very long time looking for another house! He probably showed us 30+ homes! He was very patient with us! If you are looking for a knowledgeable Realtor who is no pressure and patient, Chad is the guy for you!
