My wife and I started the buying process in August of 2022. Chad came recommended by a mutual friend at Guaranteed Rate. I immediately knew he checked off all of what I wanted in a realtor. I asked him to be honest and straightforward and to help guide my family as if it was his. He assured me that by the end of the process I would be happy with his help.

We had a lot of boxes to check when looking for our forever home to raise our family in. Chad made this process stress and chaos free from day one. He was efficient in scheduling showings that included houses of our choice and a few that he thought would fit our families needs. We were impressed with his honesty when asking questions about each home. It was clear that he was with us every step of the way for our family’s interest and not his own. When looking at houses he was knowledgeable about indoor and outdoor features that helped us make decisions.

He was always on top of communication with other realtors and the entire process was always thorough and mistake free. He always had our best interests at heart and worked tirelessly to provide us with the best information and advice.

We cannot recommend Chad enough and genuinely appreciate his skills and effort

We knew when he gave us an answer to a question or concern, it was for our family’s best interest and not his own. For two months he worked with unmatched effort and organization. After a small amount of work we were able to accept an offer on our home after just one week of being on the market. His advice on how to prepare our house for sale was realistic and practical. We received many offers above the asking price which was more than we were asking for. We look forward to referring Chad Segal to our friends and family members that may one day need an honest and efficient realtor. My family and myself are beyond grateful for all of Chad’s hard work.

Chad is a true professional. Not only did he help us to get viable bids on our home in under a week he did it with such grace and humor that the whole process felt effortless. He helped us at each step of the process and used a top end professional photographer to capture the home we were selling. His advice on the price point for selling the home was spot on, and he helped us to maximize our return in order for us to purchase our next home. Chad has now helped us to sell one home and purchase two, I couldn’t imagine ever going with another realtor, because at the end of the day Chad actually cares about supporting and helping you through the process, you’re not just another number in the system. He goes above and beyond, and I couldn’t recommend him enough.

We truly could not have asked for more from a realtor than we received from Chad.

From the very first conversation all the way through to signing our closing papers, Chad provided superior knowledge of the market landscape (which was constantly changing) and thoughtful assistance in helping us complete every task required of a buyer. He was patient and never pushed us, even though our home search went on for almost a year. We knew that we were in the best of hands with Chad.

Chad helped us find our forever home, and we are eternally grateful our paths crossed. He’s also just a genuinely wonderful human being - which never hurts.

Chad's many years in the industry was of great help and comfort throughout the process of buying my first home. He had showings scheduled within 24 hours of me suggesting a property. When touring homes he was able to point out the things that would need fixing or updating which came in handy come inspection time since I was already pretty well aware of what was going on with the house. Responsiveness was top notch even for minute things. I would absolutely only ever have Chad be my agent for any real-estate transactions.

Chad was one of the best realtors I ever worked with. He had an encouraging, positive, creative and friendly attitude. He did not direct us, but rather coached us to making proper decisions during the steps of preparing our home for sale, identifying professionals for construction, legal and photography tasks, determining the proper listing price, and negotiating strategy for the final sales decision. Could not have asked for a better realtor. We bumped into each other when I first started my home-buying process about 6 months before finding the right place. Chad was as responsive as you can ask for and never showed any signs of frustration, even after visiting dozens of places that just weren’t the right place for me. He kept a positive attitude the entire process which made me more confident as well.
Once we found the fight spot, Chad was quick to contact the selling agent and get everything in place. He had multiple contacts for inspections, home decor and lawyers for me to look into and choose from. It was truly has hassle free as I could ask.
