About Chad

After obtaining his real estate broker’s license in 2014, Chad joined the Thiessen Group as a Broker Associate. As well as advising his own clients with their real estate needs, Chad serves as a liaison for the team - between real estate agents, clients, escrow companies, and mortgage brokers during the real estate transaction to ensure the administrative tasks are managed more effectively. Chad also heads up marketing, assists in generating leads, and performs market research analysis. Chad previously worked at Summit Funding, Inc. as a loan partner in Santa Rosa and an Associate at Newmark Cornish & Carey in a commercial real estate role. He began his real estate career in 2011 analyzing real estate portfolios. Chad attended Healdsburg High School and the University of Texas - Austin where he received his Bachelor's in Finance – Real Estate. Chad enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially his nieces and nephews.
