Chaim Salomon

If his name looks intimidating, the easiest way to pronounce is "Hi-am" (one syllable), or just call me Salomon!

Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Chaim vacationed in Asheville with his family several years in a row before taking the plunge to realize their mountain lifestyle dreams in early 2018. They were lured here by the magnificent beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains, the kindness and adventurousness of the people, and the superior beer brewed using these mountain waters.

When he is not helping people fulfill their WNC real estate dreams, you'll find him exploring the area’s unmatched hiking and water activities, trying out a new brewery or restaurant, listening to live music, competing in a trivia night, and enjoying time at home with Katy, their son Asher, and their two shelter-adopted cats Olive and Honey. They’re active members of The Chabad House of Asheville, a synagogue downtown, and he managed the renovation of its new building when they first moved to town!
