From moment one, Chance and his amazing team members Vanessa and Maggie, were responsive, helpful, and ensured everything was done on time. Chance was exceptional from start to finish. From sitting in our dining room with us going over every detail of what to expect from the selling process, to assuring us that our house would be under contract in three days, he priced it just right and had the most amazing professional photographs taken. He even offered to help me stage the house for the photos. Well he didn’t have our house under contract in three days as promised, he had it under contract in 3 HOURS! He was a BLESSING to work with from start to finish! Genuinely a great guy and trustworthy person. We won’t use anyone else if we ever have to move again!

We listed our house with Chance in late November. He promised a lot... more, really, than we expected him to actually deliver. However, Chance was the picture of the saying "underpromise and overdeliver." We had offers within the first week of listing and ended up selling for above the asking price.

Advice to others: (1) Believe what Chance tells you, and (2) do the things he suggests to prep your home for sale.

I can't recommend him highly enough!
