We worked with Chance as our Selling Agent twice over the past 4+ years and she did a fabulous job staying on top of the inspections of the well, septic, systems and the home inspections. She scheduled and managed the appointments and maintained excellent communication so that we were kept abreast of every situation. The sales went so smoothly that in fact I continue to refer people I know to Chance to discuss their Real Estate needs and she has treated them all with professionalism and made them feel comfortable every step of the way! She is an excellent Real Estate professional!

Chance is helpful not only during the home buying process where she makes sure you get the home you want and helps put together strong offers, but even after you move in and have all the first time buyer questions… chance is right there. I couldn’t recommend working with Chance strongly enough! Not only has she helped my family sell two rowhomes, but she also helped us find our dream home, which is not easy in this market!

Chance truly goes above and beyond - she has an incredible eye for design, is a great project manager when it comes to renovations, and makes sure that as the seller, you don’t have to lift a finger. Both houses she sold for us went for well over list price within just a few days of hitting the market. We are extremely pleased for the second time using Chance as our realtor. We bought our dream, forever home without a contingency and sold our first home within a month of being on the market. It was under contract in ONE day with multiple competitive offers! This allowed us not to carry 2 mortgages and be relieved of financial stress. As a salesperson, it is imperative that the person that we hire to assist us has all the knowledge and expertise to give us all of the information that we need to make an intelligent decision. My wife Melody and I have known "fearless" as we call Chance, for over two years. She has helped us with several projects, upgrading our current home, and the sale of Melody's mother's home. Have you ever met someone who was born for their career? Well, may I introduce to you: Chance. I have known Chance since middle school. She had always been the social and energetic go-getter. I didn’t know what she wanted to do after high school; but at our 10 year reunion, we met again. She told me that she was a Real Estate Agent and it absolutely clicked in my head; of course, she would be perfect at that job. Shortly thereafter, I told her what I was casually looking for and a month later I moved into exactly what I needed.
If that doesn’t convince you here are more reasons:
1.You want a born and raised Marylander to find a Maryland property.
2.You want an agent that balances both the phone calls, emails, and the client that is right there in front of her. I was very impressed with her ability to make sure that I was set up to explore the current property before responding to a phone call or email of another client. That is a difficult skill to learn, and she is definitely a master at it.
3.She is in high demand, and it’s easy to see why. She’s already earning awards early in her career for most sold properties.
4.She will go above and beyond to find answers questions outside her domain of real estate, if she doesn’t already know it. She knows a lot.
5.She knows a lot inside the domain of real estate. Ask her questions.
6.She still keeps tabs on me and all her clients well after the deal is done. It’s been almost a year for me, I still get informed. She has her networks and social media outlets to invite you into. Not only do you have access to her, but others she has helped.

Chance's desire to do her best for her clients is evident in her drive and determination which is a huge part of who she is. We listed a rental property for sale with Chance and we received an offer within 3 weeks and closed within 6 from the date of listing and Chance kept us abreast of all the timelines that needed to be met. Since I was out of town during this time frame Chance kept me abreast of any issues that arose during the closing process. We were so confident in Chances' expertise that we listed our Primary home for sale through her. On this one, she helped us stage, prepared us for pictures and dealt with other Real Estate Agents whose clients made a mess of the house during the showing windows and often left muddy footprints, lights on and doors open. Chance handled all of these issues for us as Chance treats the home that she is showing with as much care as she would her own. I wanted to move but was paralyzed by the thought of it until I started talking to Chance. She literally would book house visits within 24 hours notice if she knew I really wanted it. She always found time for my husband and I whether in person, texting or calling. And in the end, when I couldn’t be in two places at once, she went to my new house for my furniture delivery at 7:00 am because she’s just that kind of person. It’s been 2 months since I moved into my house and I absolutely love it! Thank you so much Chance for finding my very first home.

Chance made the entire process run smoothly from the very beginning. As a first time home buyer, I had hundreds of questions and she made sure to answer all of them until I understood. We went into buying our first house completely lost and terrified of a process we knew nothing about. Chance helped us from start to finish with the entire process. From securing a lender to using her knowledge and experience flipping houses to find us a home inspector who was fantastic and helpful throughout the inspection. We dragged her all over central and western Maryland looking for our dream house and she always came promptly and happy to help at each showing. Every house we toured she treated as if it were her house and ensured it was in exactly the same condition we found it in. After we went under contract on our house she followed up on each step to make sure we understood everything and were comfortable as we worked toward closing.
