Chandler Warren is a licensed Real Estate Professional with over 7 years of experience. Serving the Spring Hill, Thompsons Station, Columbia and Franklin areas. I grew up in Franklin, TN and resided in Nashville for 8 years before planting roots in Spring Hill. Growing up with a family in remodeling and construction I have always had a passion for houses and helping people.
Working alongside my husband Halston Warren, a mortgage loan officer for New American Funding in Brentwood, has kept me in the loop from the start of our client's preapproval process. We are able to communicate more frequently and catch any hiccups before they may arise. We are both excellent communicators from start to finish and beyond. I take the time with each client in explaining the ins and outs of the home buying/selling process to help them feel more at ease.
I value family time with my husband, beautiful 2-year old and two German Shepherds. We are often outside playing, exploring hiking trails, indulging at new restaurants, or extended family dinners. We are blessed to have all of our close family nearby. I have discovered a love for creating balloon arches and party planning. When I am not helping real estate clients, throwing a baby/wedding shower I also make hand embroidery sweaters and baby gifts for loved ones.
