Chandler did an amazing job helping me through the selling process. She was very helpful when certain repairs were needing addressedand lining up contractors. I live out of state so it made it difficult to oversee things, but with Chandlers help it all went very smooth. She had our town home sold in a matter of weeks. She does an excellent job of staging and kept me well informed of what was going on.

Chandler was very responsive to any questions, great taste in selections at the design center, and pro-active on my behalf with builder. Chandler was a gem to work with buying my first home! When she picked us up to go look for houses, she had a printed itinerary featuring all of the homes I was interested in to make our afternoon efficient and staying on schedule, with detailed specs for each home. She was knowledgeable about each of the homes and had even talked to the builder of one home beforehand knowing that another property was available that had not been listed - we ended up putting an offer in on this one!

The searching process was organized and exactly what we were looking for! We put in an offer after just a few hours!
