About Chandra

An award-winning leader with over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Chandra is the Broker-Owner of The Core Real Estate Advisors. Chandra is a wife, mother of 3 boys, 2nd-generation real estate professional and Miami native representing buyers, sellers and investors in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. Her client-centric team covers the tri-county area, however, her strategic partnerships cover all 50 states and even cross international borders.

She is passionate about ensuring fair and equal housing, giving back through charitable donations or community involvement and helping people build wealth through homeownership. She is dedicated to redefining the buying and selling experience through partnerships, technology and integrity. 

She began her real estate career during the height of the 2008-2009 market crash. Chandra partnered with her mother and started Foreclosure & Mortgage Resolution. They were able to assist hundreds of homeowners by completing loan modifications or finding debt resolution through a short sale transaction. Since then, Chandra has consistently remained a yearly multi-million dollar top producer.

Chandra has a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice from Florida International University, a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice from Nova Southeastern University and a Master's degree in International Real Estate from Florida International University.

Chandra is the 2024 Secretary of the Miami Association of REALTORS, and a Director for the Florida Association of REALTORS, and the National Association of REALTORS. Chandra was the 2022 Miami YPN President, and has been the award recipient for several awards including the Miami YPN All-Star of the Year for 2019 and the 2022 Young Professional of the Year by the Miami Association of REALTORS.

She has been a keynote speaker at several events, including the 2021 National Association of Realtors Conference & Expo in San Diego, and she has been featured in Florida Realtors Magazine, the Miami Herald, Yahoo! Finance and several other notable publications.
