About CHANDRA

I am the "big sister",(literally and figuratively), of the HomeSmart Sisters team. I began my real estate journey well before I was licensed. When I was a little girl I would sit at my Grandpa's dining room table and read listings in the paper. I was intrigued by the real estate market. The way that prices fluctuated, the way that values were determined, and how people could buy and sell for investment purposes. I was hooked. My husband and I bought our first home at 22 because we recognized that we could pay our own mortgage, instead of renting, and paying someone else's. I was licensed in 2012, and have been running hard after my goals, and those of my clients, ever since. As my family grew, so did my client base. My husband and I became foster parents, and our family grew from a family of 5 to 7 almost immediately. Soon after, I recruited my bright and talented little sister, Chantelle, to become my teammate. It was a low pressure phone call when I told her I had branded my team "the HomeSmart Sisters", created an email address, and just needed her to switch careers, and get licensed to make it official. No pressure, right? The rest is history.
