About Chaney

Chaney is originally from Dallas, Texas. She moved to the North Shore of Oahu in 1993. She has called this place home for many years now and truly loves the community.

Her love for real estate and design start as a young child. Her mother would take her to see all the open houses in Dallas. Seeing all the different styles and neighborhoods was exciting.

Chaney became a licensed realtor in 2009. From there she has grown her business and built great relationships. She enjoys building relationships with her clients and sharing her knowledge. This is important to her, so that her clients feel confident throughout the whole process. One of the best things about her job is when a client says to her, “thank you so much for everything you do” and then they refer someone to her.

Chaney also really enjoys assisting her clients with the staging and designing of their properties. She has several clients that she has helped remodel their homes. Chaney is well connected to building contractors on the island of Oahu and has a list of amazing interior design stores to help you furnish your home.
