About Channing

Channing, a proud Texan, was raised on a horse ranch before moving to Houston. She played varsity golf at Memorial High School and later earned her real estate license, diving into the world of high-rise sales in downtown Houston. After 17 years of marriage and raising a family, Channing returned to her roots, donning her boots again and purchasing a ranch in Brenham, TX.

It didn’t take long for her to realize that with her experience and deep love for country living, she could help others find their perfect ranch. Channing now specializes in farm and ranch real estate. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, chickens, donkeys and riding her horses.
