Chantal will forever be my go-to agent! From the moment we first spoke, I could tell she was genuine, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. She asked great questions and lined up homes that I would be sure to love. Even when I took a break from searching and reached back out, she was welcoming and ready to get back on it! Chantal was our savior during a very stressful and uncertain time, as my spouse and I relocated from NY to Baltimore. After a less than desirable experience with a different realtor, my partner and I were left scrambling to find a place of residence two days before it was time for us to leave NY. We immediately stopped packing and started searching for a different property. We came across Chantal’s listing, and reached out. She got back to us within an hour on the same day, a Sunday of all days. We were already grateful for her timeliness, as explained the situation, and let her know what we were looking for and that we needed a place by Tuesday. Everything went smoothly. She went over the details, the transaction methods were smooth and worry free, and most of all she was empathetic to our situation. She was friendly, understanding, concise, and professional. We were thanking our lucky stars that we met Chantal, especially given our realtor experience and predicament. She was flexible with our schedule, as we were driving down to MD with a 5 month old, and a puppy. The move went smooth, and the owner of the property is efficient and kind. Thank you Chantal, for being the amazing professional you are!

Chantal was extremely professional and delightful to work with as I purchased my first home.

She was knowledgeable about city of Baltimore and provided various great opportunities for purchase. We initially submitted an offer for a property and when I decided to walk away, she was supportive and understanding of my decision and helped to find my future home.

My experience with Chantal Chi was very pleasant. She was very knowledgeable of the County I wanted to purchase the home in and provided great insight of the surrounding areas.

She was a very patient as we stumbled upon many obstacles while dealing with various aspects of closing the deal.

Thankfully it all worked out in the end and I was able to close on my home. I am happy to have worked with her and am looking forward to getting my next home with her.

Chantal is a very knowledgeable and patient realtor. Although I am not ready to buy a home yet, she’s assisted me in preparing for ownership. She has relationships with other people in the industry such as lenders to guide me through the process. I highly recommend her for any of your real estate needs in MD, DC or PA.
