My experience with Chantal, was one of the best I’ve ever had as a Real Estate Investor. She was both the property manager, and sellers agent. Chantal always had a solution when a situation arose, she has a network of professionals to fix a home, and finance one. When not if I invest in Baltimore real estate again, Chantal will be the only call. She should be yours as well.

Chantal will forever be my go-to agent! From the moment we first spoke, I could tell she was genuine, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. Chantal was our savior during a very stressful and uncertain time, as my spouse and I relocated from NY to Baltimore. After a less than desirable experience with a different realtor, my partner and I were left scrambling to find a place of residence two days before it was time for us to leave NY. We immediately stopped packing and started searching for a different property. We came across Chantal’s listing, and reached out. She got back to us within an hour on the same day, a Sunday of all days. We were already grateful for her timeliness, as explained the situation, and let her know what we were looking for and that we needed a place by Tuesday. Everything went smoothly. She went over the details, the transaction methods were smooth and worry free, and most of all she was empathetic to our situation. She was friendly, understanding, concise, and professional. We were thanking our lucky stars that we met Chantal, especially given our realtor experience and predicament. She was flexible with our schedule, as we were driving down to MD with a 5 month old, and a puppy. The move went smooth, and the owner of the property is efficient and kind. My experience with Chantal Chi was very pleasant. She was very knowledgeable of the County I wanted to purchase the home in and provided great insight of the surrounding areas.

She was a very patient as we stumbled upon many obstacles while dealing with various aspects of closing the deal.
