Ms. Chantal is by far THE best realtor in the 757. She goes above and beyond for her clients. She is a hard working woman who put her clients needs and want at the forefront no matter what the situation is. She works so that her clients do not have to stress much. Chantal makes you feel like family, rather than a client. If you want it done, and done right she’s the person who gets it done! Hands down she is the GOAT!!!

I started inquiring about what I would need to do to purchase a house about 6 years ago. I met with several realtors who were all really nice and knowledgeable. When I started working with Chantal, I quickly learned that she was knowledgeable and nice, but also hardworking, steadfast, empathetic, efficient, etc.... I could say so much more. Thank you for allowing God to use you to help this single mother accomplish a dream. I will always remember and recommend.
