Chantre' is an excellent realtor! I found her after looking at endless reviews online and public Instagram pages. It seemed like Chantre' was a good fit for our real estate needs, and when we first met her, we knew right away she would be able to help us find a great Baltimore row home.

It felt like she truly listened to our must haves for our next place. Within a matter of days we were venturing around Baltimore looking at spots.

8 short weeks later we closed on a home near Patterson Park. We LOVE the neighborhood and the house. Chantre' helped us secure a great deal with a lot added value. Not only was she there after we closed, but she also helped us line up a contractor to finish out some work at the house post close.

I would happily recommend Chantre' to ANYONE looking for a new home in the MVD area. She's awesome!

Chantre helped me with the process of buying my 1st house last month! She made the process so smooth for it to be my 1st time. She was always available if I needed to talk about the process or if I didn’t understand something. She won’t take no for an answer when it came to asking questions to the seller. From the very beginning Chantrè was amazing! Being a first time home buyer I had no clue what I was doing or have any knowledge of the home buying process. On my consultation call Chantrè broke down the process step by step. I knew after that call it was going to be a pleasure working with her. When I found my new home she was always there when I needed her, whether it was answering questions or following up with my lender , she stayed on top of everything! She consistently checked in with me and kept me informed throughout the whole closing process. Buying a home can be stressful so to have someone who cares about your best interests and looks out for you are a must and Chantrè does just that. I am so glad I picked her to be my realtor and I will definitely be using her again as well as recommend her to others!

She guided me through my first time home buyer process seamlessly and was so helpful at every step of the way. She was very communicative and professional and assuaged all my anxiety’s and fears. I was amazed to find out how many other clients Chantre was also helping to buy and sell homes at the same time as me because she provided so much one on one attention. Chantre’ is the BEST!!!!!!! She was always available to answer questions at anytime. She loves helping her clients find the home of their dreams and you can truly tell. I’d recommend her to EVERYONE!! If you want someone who is going to treat you like you’re their only client (although they have plenty at a time) then look no further than Chantre’. Not only is she a great person, but she and her preferred lender made our home buying process QUICK!! We found a home, put in an offer, offer accepted, and closed within 30 days. I’ve heard horror stories of how this market is hard to find a home but with Chantre’ the process was a breeze!!
