Charisse Walker

Charisse Walker is founder and CEO of Chalker Properties, L.L.C. She has been a licensed Realtor® since 2015, but in the industry for 20 years.

She has also taught college and successfully directed several Utah colleges, founding one of them. She loves education and proudly helped over 5,500 Wasatch Front students earn their college diplomas and degrees.
Charisse is passionate about real estate. She loves working with buyers and sellers and creates long-term relationships because of the excellent customer service she provides. She gives three options to sellers when selling their home. As a result, her clients refer her often to friends and family.

Her ultimate goal is to help her clients and community. She is her clients’ “resource for life” as many clients call her for connections from mechanics to attorneys to contractors.

As a 30-year resident of Utah, she is mother to six wonderful children and lives in Salt Lake County with her family. She loves being with her family, traveling, sports, music, and volunteering in her community.
