With houses going above asking, within days of listing she was tireless- making multiple video tours in a day at all corners of the area, to make sure we had first look at the newly listed available homes. I’ve used Charla for all my property purchases and sales. She is an incredible agent. She works her butt off and she works quickly. I wouldn’t recommend anyone but her for investment properties or personal home purchases and sales. She has a great network she is knowledgeable and humble enough to admit when she doesn’t know something but she’ll find the answer. If you’re thinking of using her I can say you will be very glad you did.

If you're buying a home without ever being able to step foot in your new property beforehand, we highly suggest going with Charla!!! This was a very last minute move for our family and we had no time to travel and look at a home in person. Charla did absolutely everything from beginning to the very end for us during our home buying process and that meant taking stress off of us so we could focus on our family and work. Charla sent pictures, did Facetime's and took measurements for us beforehand. We would refer her every single time and will request her again if we're on the market to buy or sell again.

I moved to Hampton Virginia from California for a job opportunity. My wife met Charla while she was doing doing advance research of the area and walked into a open house that Charla was sponsoring. Charla's professionalism and understanding of the stresses involved in searching for a home in the area were apparent early on. I would highly recommend her services to any and all home owners selling or home buyers looking to move. She is patient when dealing with us long distance and timely when getting information to us. Her home inspector does qn outstanding job and really makes you comfortable with the process.

Absolute pleasure working with Charla on the sale of my house!!!! Words cannot describe the amount of stress that she removed from my shoulders and put onto hers. Charla works extremely hard for you as her client. I had numerous repairs that needed to be completed, she found the appropriate companies, scheduled all repairs and followed up upon completion to ensure everything was 100% complete. Who does that...she did! She even had her husband come over and take care of a few things! I live over 3 hours away, not once did I have to make the trip because she had EVERYTHING under control. Charla's level of commitment and dedication is second to none and I would recommend her to anyone, especially my brothers and sisters in the military! If you are looking for a Realtor Charla is your person!!! I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling!! She helped me buy my first home last year and then a few months later helped my brother and his wife as well!! She is a go getter and will give you an honest opinion!!! She is super responsive, as first time home buyer’s we had a ton of questions about the process and what to expect she answered all of our questions and if there was something she was unsure of off hand she would look into it and get back to us!! Charla made the home buying process an absolute breeze during a time when the market was (and still is) incredibly competitive and could have easily discouraged us as first time home buyers.
