Charlene Gauthier

Charlene provides clients a completely positive experience when either buying or selling their homes. The process can be complicated but Charlene strives to keep her clients supported and informed throughout the entire transaction, with the goal of keeping her client’s goals her top priority.

Finding the right home is the utmost way for clients to feel confident in the home they choose when they take the big step and make an offer. Charlene puts an emphasis on the “feeling in the gut” when buyers find the one! Charlene is a lifelong resident of New Hampshire, born and raised in Hudson where her parents and siblings still reside. Charlene has also lived in Hollis where she raised her 3 children and currently lives in Nashua.

As a child, Charlene had a strong interest in construction and would sit and watch her father draw his own home plans and listen to her mother’s design requests. She would then go into her room and draw up my own “future” home! As an adult, she went on to design and build several homes over the years for her and her family. Charlene’s knowledge of home construction is shared with every home she tours with her clients.
