Charlene Janz is an experienced Realtor with deep roots in both Washington State and Nevada. After graduating from Anacortes High School in 1987, she ran a successful small business for many years before transitioning into real estate. In 2017, Charlene began living part-time in Las Vegas, drawn to the city's bright lights, endless activities, and year-round beautiful weather. She made the full-time move to Nevada in April 2024, bringing with her a wealth of real estate expertise to serve both Washington and Nevada clients.
