We can, with experience STRONGLY recommend Charlene Malaska as the best agent we have ever had. My husband and I have bought and sold over 7 homes together and had good realtors. No one has compared to Charlene! We hired an agent prior to Charlene who didn't really get us or how to market our house. After 6 months, we pulled the plug and asked Charlene to jump in. She did so with gusto and made all the difference for the sale of our home. Not only did she market well, but she made it personal and helped us in ways I would never expect a realtor to do. Charlene is extremely detail oriented and literally did the job for the selling agent (young and inexperienced) without complaint. As mentioned, we are not new to this game and having someone like Charlene in your court... well... you can't miss. She is AMAZING. If we sell again, I can't imagine hiring anyone other than her to represent us!
