Charlene Schnall

A native of New York City, Charlene relocated to Sonoma County in the late 1970’s. She entered the real estate profession after teaching in both New York City and in Sonoma County at junior high, high school, and junior college level for 8 years. During the past 35 years Charlene has specialized in residential, estate properties, vineyards, ranches, condominiums and investment property throughout Napa, Marin, Sonoma, and Mendocino Counties. She has also been an owner and operator of many types of Bay Area real estate including hospitality, equestrian, agriculture, income residential, commercial and conservation properties. Charlene currently lives in Healdsburg and has been a long-time resident of communities throughout Sonoma County including Santa Rosa, Petaluma, Forestville, Petaluma, and Bodega Bay.

Charlene has worked with Sotheby’s International Realty in both Sonoma and Healdsburg for the past 16 years. As part of the Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty organization, Charlene has a significant support staff for marketing and advertising, internet management, professional photographers, and transaction coordinators.
