About Charlene

Charlene Baxter started her career with PetSmart in 1995 where she quickly realized her natural talent for pet grooming. In 2000, she joined Glamour Paws as the manager with a dream of someday being able to open a grooming business of her own.

After years of helping run a successful business, she took the leap and started C.R Paws Mobile Grooming which was an instant success! Charlene purchased Glamour Paws in 2015 with an initial goal of growing the business and providing a great place to work.

Now, at The Paw Pad, Charlene will continue to share her love for pets while being Fort Worth’s favorite pet grooming service!
