Charles helped us day to day and detail to detail with the puchase of our first home.
We were clueless and his expertise was priceless to us.
He ALWAYS called us back in a timely manner.
He was patient and kind. He also help us move in AND we did not have a lawn mower yet so he came over and mowed our lawn a couple times until we got one.
Charles is very professional BUT he is a wonderful person also.

Charles has helped me buy my last house in 2011, sell it in 2017. This go around because of the crazy market, I've had him running all over for the last year showing me places. He's always there even same day I see a lsting, he gets me in to see it. He's written up multiple offers for me & finally we're in the last month to close on my new house.
