About Charles

I started in the Construction/Development fields the spring of 1970. During this time I built hundreds of homes, as well as doing many remodeling and renovation projects. We did our own developments and in many cases just single family homes that we flipped for a profit. In 2006 I received my Real Estate licenses and started selling our own homes and those of other investors. I am proud of all the times I have been able to point out issues with a home or development and in some cases guiding buyers away from a money pit.

I have helped both buyers and sellers with hundreds of transaction since starting in real estate. With this experience I have seen a lot of what other agents would call a nightmare deal and I was able to work things out for my buyer or seller to a successful closing. No one wants a green agent that is just starting to learn from your transaction, you need an agent that can see potential pitfalls and navigate them smoothly, all the way to closing. With my construction background (40 Years) and years in real estate I bring more knowledge to the table for both the buyer and seller then 99% of agents out there. Most agents know little or nothing about what makes a good home, what adds value or the things that could come up and bite you if not caught before you buy. You couple this with being an agent with The Dane Arthur Real Estate Agency and the huge exposure this company brings to any sellers property and you can rest assured you are in the best hands possible.
