For Buyers, he uses a detailed home buying plan designed to make your home buying experience a success that includes education, communication, and aggressive negotiating skills. Whether representing Buyers, Seller’s or both he has over 23 years Santa Cruz Real Estate experience holding himself to the highest ethical standards possible with the protection of his client’s interests always in the forefront.
He has been married to his beautiful bride, Danielle, or Dani as she prefers to be called since 1997. They enjoy traveling, sailing, exercise and are devoted San Francisco Giants Fans. They live in the Seabright area of Santa Cruz and love the central location in Santa Cruz County and its close proximity to the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor and the beach. He LOVES it here! He is an avid sailor, and he absolutely loves the ocean. The funky local Santa Cruz culture, the great weather, the many diverse restaurants and the close proximity to Monterey and San Francisco make Santa Cruz a great place to call home.
He is an active member of the Surf City Santa Cruz Kiwanis Club having served on its Board of Directors assisting and guiding our club with managing our numerous charitable donations to local Santa Cruz County organizations specializing in helping children of Santa Cruz County.
