(Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource) certified. He also is a CT. Licensed General Contractor with 18 years of building experience. Charles is the Sole Proprietor of MAXWELL Construction LLC. In his non-working life, enjoys spending time with his family and friends. Charles loves out door activities like hiking and camping in the summer, and skiing in the winter. His love of music, theater, and cultural events keep him involved in the community. Charles leads an active, healthy lifestyle, in which he stays involved with sports, weight training, and cardiovascular activities. He enjoys cooking when time allows. Charles is an avid sports fan, who loves to play and watch events both live and on the television. Charles still enjoys hands on building and remodeling of Real Estate in his free time. Real Estate is not only Charles’s profession but also his passion. He is an avid reader, who loves staying informed on all the changes happening in the Real Estate industry and in the rest of the world.
