Charles Krushansky

Charles Krushansky joined Century Realty as an Executive Vice President in 2018 and focuses on investment sales, capital markets transactions, and multi-family opportunities. Additionally, Mr. Krushansky represents investors seeking to effect like-kind exchanges pursuant to IRC 1031. Mr. Krushansky brings 20 years of experience in the financial services and real estate industries and has previously worked for some of the largest banking and real estate firms in the country.

Mr. Krushansky is the founder and principle of Mountain Stream Capital, which is a Pittsburgh based private equity firm specializing in the acquisition and management of market rate multifamily assets. With this experience, Mr. Krushansky brings his clients direct knowledge of how to successfully evaluate, close, and manage multi-family and other commercial real estate opportunities.

Mr. Krushansky began his financial services career in 2001 as a commercial lender for BB&T, where he spent 6 years gaining valuable experience and training as he worked with business owners, investors and developers to provide financing solutions and services. It was during this time that he developed a passion for real estate and development projects which prompted his move into real estate brokerage, initially with Marcus & Millichap as Real Estate Investment Advisor and most recently as Director, Capital Markets and Investment Sales, for Newmark Knight Frank (Pittsburgh). For the past 15 years he has specialized in investment property sales and capital markets transactions primarily focused in Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia and has successfully completed transactions that include multifamily, retail, office, and land development projects.

Mr. Krushansky is currently based in Pittsburgh and has roots in West Virginia, growing up in Morgantown.
