Charles Laird was very informative, helpful and thorough from our very first conversation. Even before he knew I would become a client he shared so much knowledge. He is a very genuine person who always seemed to have my best interest at heart when finding, and looking at, homes in this difficult market. Working with Charles for our home search was a great experience! He has a charismatic and upbeat presence that puts you at ease. And with his help we were able to purchase our dream home in an ultra competitive market. We were out of state buyers and he FaceTimed us and recorded videos of all of the properties we were interested in, often with only a moments notice! As a first time homebuyer, I was anxious about every decision I needed to make during the buying process. Most of all, I was nervous about choosing an agent I could count on. On a recommendation from my grandmother, Charles was my choice. He earned my trust and respect by helping me set realistic expectations and map out my options. He exhibited a mastery of real estate knowledge that made me feel more secure moving forward with each step. I had an infinite number of questions and concerns, but Charles had (or found) an answer/solution to each one.

I think what sets Charles apart from other agents is his luxury grade client manners. I tried to connect with other agents before Charles, but they were dismissive of me or unresponsive. From the very beginning, Charles was very attentive. I was extremely stressed and cautious, but Charles made the process fun and lighthearted! It took a little over a year for me to finally make a decision on a home, but he maintained professionalism and never made me feel like I was wasting his time. By the time I closed on my house, I considered him a friend. I’d give Charles Laird 10 out of 5 stars if I could.
