Charles Lewis and his team was recommended to me by a dear friend. I was going through the home buying process with Charles while I was out of the country for work and during COVID-19 where traveling was hard. We started early and had conversations and meetings over google zoom, FaceTime, phone calls and endless texts. Charles was so optimistic where I was very skeptical. Sometimes I felt like I was being complicated or asked for to much, but that wasn’t the case. It narrowed the process down and with in a week we found a place and my offer was accepted. His optimism worked out perfectly and I’m very happy about my purchase.
