Charles is first class. He has helped me sell a home and buy a home. Both times he has been great. Communication is key when dealing with an agent. He spent as much time as he could communicating with me what was going on and explaining any questions I had. He will work for you, no doubt. He did things for me that a lot of agents may not do to make the whole process convenient for me. I work a lot and he took care of things so I didn't have to take days off to get through the process of buying and selling... Highly recommend... Will use again.

Charles Maher assisted me with my recent land purchase. He was amazing, and I could not have made this amazing purchase without him! As an out of state prospective land buyer, Charles had been watching the local market for me (within my area of interest and price range) and sending me various listings to view. For the land that I ended up purchasing; Charles sent me the listing the very first day it came onto the market; knowing that this land was a great deal, the right price, and a must see…Charles went to the property for me, walked the boundaries (all 12.69 acres), and took several pictures of the land to send to me. This service was crucial as I live in Kansas and this was the only way to view the property in a timely manner. I ended up writing a contract that very same day; buying the land that will one day allow me to build my dream home. Charles’s dedication to duty went above and beyond the natural call of other agents I have dealt with in the past, and I will definitely seek him out for all of my future real estate endeavors!
