I am a licensed real estate broker based in Warrensburg, Missouri, with more than eight years of experience and over $250 million in closed sales volume. Since becoming licensed in 2017, I have worked extensively in Missouri multifamily sales, 1031 Exchanges, and investment property transactions, helping clients maximize returns and build long-term portfolios.

Before entering real estate, I served as a U.S. Air Force pilot and graduated from the United States Air Force Academy, where I developed the discipline, precision, and leadership skills that continue to guide my work today. I later earned my MBA in Finance from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, equipping me with advanced financial expertise that I apply directly to investment analysis, property valuation, and transaction strategy.

I am also a proud Eagle Scout and lifelong learner, committed to integrity and service in both my professional and personal endeavors. My career in real estate has included founding and successfully selling multiple real estate brokerages and property management companies, giving me a unique perspective on building and scaling real estate businesses. That entrepreneurial background allows me to advise clients not only on acquisitions and dispositions but also on operations, management, and long-term investment strategies.
