I started my real estate career back in 1996 as a Loan Officer. I quickly learned the mortgage industry and determined that I wanted to do more. Contract negotiations being one of my strong points, I found myself buying and selling a lot of real estate. In 1999 while selling an investment property, I met an agent from Coldwell Banker Gundaker. He convinced me that I would make a great realtor. So that day, I enrolled in the American School of Real Estate. After receiving my license, in 2000, I joined the Coldwell Banker Gundaker team. In 2002, I transferred my license to Real Estate Solutions. There I worked closely with Nate Johnson and learned more my first year than the previous 2 years at CBG. While at Real Estate Solutions, I became a Property Manager overseeing more than 65 units. In 2009, Innovative Realty was formed specializing in Buyer Representation, Short Sale Listings, and REO acquisitions. As a Broker Associate, I belong to the National Association of Realtors and The St. Louis Association of Real Estate Professionals with access to The Mid America Regional Information Systems MLS.
