Charles Phelps

Charlie has been in the Shopping Center industry for several decades, covering every aspect of Retail Real Estate. He has earned and received ICSCs Certified Leasing Specialist designation "CLS". He has been a member of ICSC for over 30 years. He works extensively with many national retailers including The Fresh Market, Cabela’s and Alamo Theaters. He is responsible for the client’s roll out of stores from strategic store placement to land purchases, site selection, and lease negotiations. Prior to founding Paraclete Realty in 1999, he worked for other boutique retail real estate firms. He works with CRC Companies, Nellis Corporation and others and has represented national landlords, including Brixmor, Kimco Realty Corporation, and others. Charlie is a graduate of Boston College with a degree in finance. He is licensed in the states of Delaware, Florida, Maryland, and Virginia as well as the District of Columbia.
