Charles Resha

Chuck Resha is a proud Nashville native. After graduating from Montgomery Bell Academy, he received his Bachelor of Arts Degree with a major in Economics from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. Upon graduation from college, he moved to Chicago, Illinois where he worked in the financial services sector for industry leaders such as Goldman Sachs and Kemper Financial. While in Chicago, Chuck received his Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Loyola University Chicago's Quinlan School of Business.

After receiving his M.B.A., Chuck transitioned his career into the commercial healthcare real estate industry. He has over sixteen and a half years of experience in commercial healthcare real estate, most recently with Welltower, Inc. Due to his love for his hometown of Nashville and passion for residential real estate, Chuck decided to refocus his real estate career to the residential sector. As a Nashville native and resident of Hillsboro Village, Chuck has a great knowledge of the local real estate market and is excited to be a part of the Nashville Home Guru team and Compass Real Estate.
