Charles Swope

Chuck Swope, CCIM, a third generation West Chester resident, specializes in commercial real estate sales and leasing in the Suburban Philadelphia marketplace, with an emphasis in Chester County and West Chester, PA.

Swope has completed transactions in all major property types and maintains an active practice with both listings and user assignments. He serves on the West Chester Borough Planning Commission, PA/NJ/DE CCIM Chapter Board and The Swope Foundation of West Chester University, among other community organizations.

Chuck received his B.A. from Washington College, Chestertown, MD, and his M.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA. He holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker License and continues his education with ongoing graduate classes and real estate seminars.
