Raised in Connecticut, Charles moved to Columbus, Ohio, to attend Ohio State University. Shortly after graduating with a degree in architecture, he began his career in real estate, exclusively representing a well-known builder with marketing and selling his custom-built homes in the Columbus area. Charles was also a guest speaker at a 2003 international real estate convention in Athens, Greece, where he gave a class in marketing to international buyers.
As a top-producing real estate advisor in the Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch area, Charles has a vast network of contacts with other REALTORS® and lenders in the area and closed on nearly 50 homes in 2021. He is also worked closely with several national corporate relocation companies, uniquely positioning Charles to assist customers moving to or from a great distance. After 32 years in the industry, his passion for real estate is still the same and he gets tremendous satisfaction when his buyers find the perfect home, or his sellers sell a property for top dollar.
While real estate is his main hobby and passion, Charles also loves art, architecture, and foreign languages.
