About Charlie

I obtained my real estate license in 2001. I was in other industries trying to support a family and decided to get my real estate license which was something I've always been interested in. I completed a BBA from Georgia Southern University with a major in finance and a minor in real estate. I've been mainly focused on residential real estate, but I have limited commercial real estate experience. I've enjoyed the relationship that I've developed over the years with assisting clients on the purchasing or selling of one of the largest investments people make in their lifetime. Personally and professionally, I've always believed in the golden rule principle to treat people as you would want to be treated.
