My husband and I had an amazing experience working with Charlie as our realtor. He went above and beyond for all of our needs and helped us find the perfect home. We are a military family so we had a strict timeline. Charlie made it happen fast which was a huge stress relief! He was extremely communicative and honest with us from the get go. If you’re looking for a stand-up realtor that will have your best interest as his top priority, look no further. He was 100% committed throughout our buying process…from showings through closing & move in. Always the consummate professional, Charlie fought for us when the seller’s realtor was behaving impossibly and was absolutely non-communicative. On his final walkthrough prior to closing, he noticed that the sellers had left quite a mess behind. When pursuing the issue with the seller’s realtor proved fruitless, Charlie paid to have a cleaning service come out to take care of the mess, so that we would have a clean home to move into.

He’s an amazing realtor & a stellar dude. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend that you utilize his services if you’re in the market.

Charlie is great at his job – a real professional. Under his guidance, we put our house on the market on Friday evening, had several showings on Saturday, multiple offers on Sunday and a contract on Monday. Then, he helped us successfully navigate to a closing above our original asking price. He was always available and gave honest, thoughtful advice. I don’t plan on moving again, but if I do, I’ll call Charlie.
