I believe that Charlie really wants to find the home that fits the person (s)....he looks for homes that fit the criteria, lifestyle and style of home that you are looking for...so the more you share about yourself, the better his recommendations. He's responsive and ready to go when you are. He's also very knowledgeable about Southern California in general so he'll be able to give you pros / cons to certain areas. I've been very happy with Charlie....as is evidenced in the fact that I had him sell my home in Aliso Viejo and also help me find / buy my home in SJC.
