Charlie Walsh

Charlie Walsh is a Commercial Sales Associate and investment sales specialist with over 15 years of real estate brokerage experience focused in the Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Bucks, and Philadelphia County markets. He has built a career around sourcing and executing value-add and adaptive reuse opportunities across asset classes including office, industrial, multifamily, and mixed-use properties.

In addition to his brokerage work, Charlie spent 15 years as Director of Operations for West Chester Off-Campus Housing—the largest provider of student housing and multifamily living for West Chester University students. In this role, he operated from the owner’s perspective, leading all underwriting and valuation efforts while overseeing construction and maintenance teams through every acquisition and renovation project. His hands-on leadership helped grow and manage a substantial portfolio of student-focused assets, providing deep operational insight into the full investment lifecycle.
