Charlina McGee

Ranked in the top 1.5% of REALTORS® in the United States, Charlina McGee has been selling and listing residential real estate in the area since 2012. She credits her success to her attention to detail and the special consideration she gives to the specific wants and needs of her customers. Having lived in Europe, Asia and several regions of the United States, Charlina has a unique perspective on real estate that she is able to share with her buyers and sellers.

Married to a residential architect, Charlina is keenly attuned to the ever-changing market trends in the new and custom home industry. She understands the fit, finish and quality that make a home special. Charlina’s close business relationships with local attorneys, architects, inspectors, appraisers and subcontractors mean that answers to your real estate-related questions are only a phone call away.

Since 2015, Charlina has visited 13 European countries and met with real estate brokers around the world and across the United States. Her extensive international marketing efforts with her former brokerage earned her the Premier Sotheby’s International Realty 2015 International Marketing award. Due to her wide network of buyers, sellers and real estate colleagues, Charlina has also been recognized as a referral leader. She regularly attends global real estate networking events and interacts with real estate associates from around the US and the world to further promote her international marketing efforts. Charlina has consistently received numerous production awards for high sales volume, from 2018 through 2025. She is also a Golf Property Specialist, a Military Network Specialist and a Waterfront Property Specialist.

Charlina’s community involvement includes serving as a Board Member for Patriot Legacy Sports which hosts the The Remembrance Bowl each year in Normandy in honor of our WWII veterans. Patriot Legacy Sports stands in strong support of education through sport as a platform for our educational institutions to honor our veterans and learn the history of their service.

Outside of real estate, she enjoys cooking and baking, wine, traveling and camping/hiking. Originally from Lowell, Massachusetts, Charlina attended Virginia Western College in Roanoke, Virginia.
