Charline M Siphers, born in Missoula with a Stevensville upbringing, graduated from Stevensville High School and the University of Montana with a bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal Communication. Following her college graduation, Charline got married and spent five years in Seattle, where she served as a manager for the Bon Marche and a sales representative for Nordstrom. The birth of her daughter Meghan prompted the decision to return to Montana to be closer to family.
In Great Falls, Charline assumed the role of a Customer Service Representative for First Nationwide Mortgage. After the arrival of her second daughter, Kathleen, she embraced the role of a “stay-at-home” mom, actively participating in various activities such as Room Mother, Spirit Gear mom, PTA, and acting as a chauffeur for her daughters' engagements. As free time became available, Charline explored diverse roles, including selling cars for City Toyota, renting cars for Enterprise, working as a cashier at Walmart, serving as a teller at a local bank, and handling calls for Asurion servicing Target Warranties.
Following her time with Bayside Property Management in Polson, she obtained her Property Management license and returned to Great Falls to work for a large Property Management Company. After a stint there, Charline returned to Polson and conducted Property Inspections for Be Smart Property Management. In 2017, she began working for the Ray Tipp Trust in Missoula, managing rental properties.
In 2020, while still working for the Trust managing 28 properties, Charline joined her brother, Craig Siphers, in selling Real Estate. Her niece Erica joined soon after. She underscored the significance of family, expressing gratitude for residing on the shores of beautiful Flathead Lake. Living in a cabin on her sister's property, Charline actively assists in caring for her disabled niece.
